Beautiful slab of Pacific Madrone (Arbutus menziesii) grown and sustainably recovered on San Juan Island, Washington. It has a live edges with full, scaly bark present on both sides. It has eye-catching grain and several small knots. A few cracks associated with the knots may warrant epoxy fill. See close-up photos. The slab is alcohol-wet in a few photos to give you a preview of the finish.
