Shipping Policy

Shipping is $8.00 for all orders under $60. Shipping is FREE for orders over $60 for everything on the site, including slabs. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. We ship orders out twice a week. Your order is shipping from the San Juan Islands (northwest corner of the continental US). The wood travels first by car, then by ferry, then by air. It's had an adventure by the time it gets to your door!

 

Domestic US Shipping

We ship most of our small or light-weight orders by USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, they deliver in 2-3 business days for most US locations. This provides you with the benefits of:

• Quick delivery
• Tracking for every package
• Automatic insurance of up to $100  

For heavier or larger-size orders, we ship by FEDEX and UPS ground. All orders are shipped with tracking and appropriate insurance.

Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with the package's tracking number will be sent to the email address that was provided at checkout. 

International Shipping

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. Due to recent changes in tariffs and international shipping regulations, we've had to pause all orders outside the United States.

We truly value our international customers and hope to revisit global shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

 

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Fortunately, all our packages are tracked and insured, and we have very rarely had any issues. We will provide you with all of the information you need to follow up with a claim to the USPS if there should be damage or loss during shipment. 

Please be sure to ship to a secure location. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your front porch, they consider it delivered.
