| Bodark Board B-553 3-3/8" x 11" x 1/2" ~3/4 lbs. This is a nice, quarter to rift-sawn Texas Bodark board. The color is the strong golden-yellow of fresh-cut Bodark heartwood with a very light shading of reddish spalting in areas (both photos). There is a single, very small and tight crack on one corner (right edge of the near end-grain face, but not really visible in the photo). I consider this to be negligible, and I see no other flaws. |
