Black Walnut Board BW-421 1" x 2.6" x 28" 1.6 lbs. This is a nice uniform board of S4S Texas-grown Black Walnut. It is all heartwood with a gently curving grain pattern. The colors are an overall medium brown with bands of darker-brown grain. This piece has been air-dried to 10-12% moisture content. I see no cracks, checks, or other significant flaws.
