Welcome to Texas Woodcrafts!

We're an old company, but our web site is brand new.  This year we're celebrating our 22nd year of our family business, providing unique Texas woods to customers all over the world.  

In addition to the new site, we're expanding our family business to a new generation.  Lloyd Stahl, who has spent the last 20+ years sawing and turning, is handing the operations over to his kids and grandkids.  Our new generation is busy at work with the chainsaw, at the sawmill, and in the woodshop.  Leslie Neal, Lloyd's daughter, is taking on most of the work (and fun!) -- and is joined by her husband and kids.  We're all in this together, learning from Lloyd and building the business as a family.

You'll notice we've moved to a new web site.  We're really enjoying the technology upgrade, and we hope you enjoy the improvements.  We're dedicated to providing you with very detailed descriptions of each unique piece of wood, complete with multiple photos per piece.  We think we're providing something special that you won't find elsewhere -- both in the unique Texas woods and in the precise, quality descriptions.  

Please pardon the dust as we migrate to our new site.  We're focused on building the wood inventory now, and we'll fine-tune the site as we go along.  All of the basics are working, and it's easy to select wood and drop it in the shopping cart.
